Arambhstudio and/or its affiliates provide website features and other products and services to you when you visit or shop at Arambhstudio.co.in, use Arambhstudio products or services, or use software provided by Arambhstudio in connection with any of the foregoing. Arambhstudio provides the Services subject to the following conditions.

Notwithstanding anything contained in any other document, if there is a conflict between the terms mentioned herein and any other document, the terms contained in the present T&C shall prevail for the purposes of usage of the Site.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SALE PERIOD

During Sale:

  • We usually include select products on sale both online and in store.

  • We do our best to ship every product after quality checks. Unless a wrong/broken/damaged/poor condition piece has been shipped, we do not accept exchange or return of discounted products.

  • Gift wrapping may not be available during sale periods.

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • In case of pricing discrepancy due to human error, the amount that appears in the system will be deemed final.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled due to shipment delays. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders due to non-availability of goods.

  • Credit note encashment makes those orders ineligible for further exchanges or refunds.

  • Pricing in USD catalogue may differ from INR catalogue due to exchange rates and currency volatility.

  • All international duties & taxes shall be borne by the customer.

  • GST/Sales Tax applicable on exports will be handled as per Indian law.

  • International delivery timelines may vary due to country-specific restrictions.

  • Orders may be shipped from multiple locations and may arrive in separate packages.

  • These T&Cs are over and above our standard T&Cs.

Arambhstudio is engaged in the business of selling lifestyle retail products including apparel, home décor, furniture and related goods.

USER RESPONSIBILITY & REGISTRATION

Arambhstudio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for false information, violations, or misuse of the Website.

Promotional emails may be sent. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the email.

BILLING

All prices displayed are MRP inclusive of applicable Indian taxes. Additional taxes or delivery charges may apply depending on shipping destination.

GST revisions will be reflected in invoices accordingly.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Arambhstudio reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Quantity limitations

  • Pricing errors

  • Fraud concerns

  • Quality check failures

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 30 working days to the original payment method.

PAYMENT

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. Arambhstudio is not liable for transaction failures due to bank authorization issues or payment gateway errors.

GIFT CARDS

  • Redeemable online at Arambhstudio.co.in or in stores (if applicable).

  • Valid for 1 year from date of issue.

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Cannot be converted between currencies.

  • Subject to RBI regulations if applicable.

DELIVERY

We endeavour to deliver within estimated timelines but do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Only defective or manufacturing-defect products qualify for return.

Arambhstudio reserves sole discretion to determine refund eligibility.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products carry a limited warranty of 2 days from purchase date against manufacturing defects.

Coverage includes repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.

Exclusions include:

  • Normal wear & tear

  • Misuse

  • Unauthorized alterations

  • Exposure to extreme conditions

  • Natural variations in handcrafted products

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arambhstudio and its affiliates against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi.
